It started with a few resilient souls meeting in the park as lockdown buddies. The Black and Gold teams,Today, we stand proud an award-winning community that defines what it means to train with heart. For six years, Yarrow Valley Country Park has been our home, our gym, and our sanctuary.
We want to say a profound thank you for your dedication, your early mornings, and the sweat you've shared with us in the Evening. Every trophy on the shelf and every personal best achieved belongs to you.
